Instruction is offered in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio - either remote or in-person setting
We start all of our students with an evaluation to ascertain strengths and limitations and to procure a baseline score. We then design a personalized program that is tailored to fit your child’s objectives, skill levels, and learning style. After thorough instruction from our certified teachers your child will leave feeling confident, accomplished, and excited about learning.
Between a more rigorous curriculum that has students spending more time at home reinforcing what is being taught in school, and “extracurricular activities” that have become a de facto requirement, there is little time for anything else. For those who are considering to prepare for the TACHS, HSPT, SHSAT, ISEE, SSAT, ACT, and/or SAT, it can be daunting just thinking about where to begin. Experience has taught us that there is little disadvantage to gathering facts and developing a tentative plan early on. ALC offers mock exams (SAT/ACT, TACHS, HSPT, ISEE/SSAT and more) every Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 starting September 7th.
